IT Con of= fers two sizes of skirted tables in the exhibitor area to selected vendors; a 6̵= 7; x 30” table and an 8’ x 30” table.
For either size table we will provide the vendor/exhib= itor with recognition as follows:
· Vendor name on all pre-conference publicity, including mailings/emails, etc to the Region 18 membership and the IT technology community in the Central Ohio, Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania areas
· Vendor name on the Region IT Con website and in the Conference Brochure.
We will also provide one f= ree conference pass.
The exhibitor area will be= open throughout the conference. We will funnel the participants through the exhibitor area for breakfast, lunch and both morning and afternoon breaks.<= /p>
